I have had the pleasure of having Jonathan on the Investment Operations team here at UNFCU the past two years and in that space of time have found him to be diligent and hard-working, with a fine attention to detail and an uncommon alertness with regard to our cash management and trade flow duties, particularly challenging in an environment that requires us to multi-task. I would highlight one example for an option trade recently where both our counterparty and custodian had each made a critical error with each denying any culpability for the trade fail. Jonathan's problem solving skills became evident here, he proceeded in logical manner by asking the right questions, that ultimately got us on the path to resolution. In addition to critical thinking skills, his grasp of Fixed Income analysis and Portfolio Performance topics is highly advanced and he is presently working to further improve his Fixed Income skills by pursuing the CFA designation. Jonathan also volunteers for our Sustainability Team, and on an annual basis performs detailed charity credit reviews for the UNFCU Foundation. Not any less important than his financial acumen is his dedication to the Investments Team and our corporate culture at UNFCU, serving the people who serve the world. Overall well done Jonathan!
