      In collaboration with the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education and a consortium of eight other leading boarding schools, Milton Academy is actively developing early career educators. Set on “preparing the next generation of outstanding teachers,” the Boarding School Teaching Residency program involves prospective teachers in an innovative and comprehensive curriculum designed explicitly for a boarding school environment. Over two years, Teaching Fellows will immerse themselves in the daily life of Milton Academy as well as program course work sessions at Penn’s Graduate School of Education and on Milton’s campus.
