Santosh Nair is like a Smaller cracker with Bigger Blast. I worked with him for 2 Years and had a good bonding with him where even a junior level employee was also treated same as equal by him. He was always there with a solution whenever there are some crisis. Never met or worked with an HR Head like him. A good planner. He execute things soo well that it might a thing related to any event or else any task. He is a very much talented guy with multiple thinkings for executing anything. I wish he will reach to a very higher level as he's an Asset for the organization wherever he would work. All the best 💪
