Chair CARE and Behavioral Intervention Teams. Redeveloped both teams and writing a policy and procedure manual for the work of the teams. Collaborate with faculty on responding to student success issues and collaborative programming, like the Finding Your Place early arrival course. Accomplishments include garnering funding and initiating a new electronic medical record system in the Wellness Center, funding additional counselors, and launching several new wellness initiatives including peer leaders and bystander intervention. Lead a significant first revision of orientation programs with ongoing development including adding new diversity and inclusion programming, a new staffing model, and new electronic platforms for content delivery. Provided leadership in the implementation of a platform that will centralize organization and engagement tracking, host campus activities calendar, provide support tools for student organizations, generate co-curricular transcripts, and create a new avenue for communication. Serve on the construction and building team for a new residence hall (Ayers Hall) and serve in a lead role in the developing of the program for the Wellness Commons. This project brings together the University Wellness Center, fitness programs, outdoor programs, Lay Chaplain, Bookstore outpost, and recreational programs. Serve as advocate for students and articulate interests and issues on their behalf in accordance with University's mission.
