Lead a significant first revision of orientation programs with ongoing development including adding new diversity and inclusion programming, a new staffing model, and new electronic platforms for content delivery. Provided leadership in the implementation of a platform that will centralize organization and engagement tracking, host campus activities calendar, provide support tools for student organizations, generate co-curricular transcripts, and create a new avenue for communication. Serve on the construction and building team for a new residence hall (Ayers Hall) and serve in a lead role in the developing of the program for the Wellness Commons.
