I worked with Scott in 2003-2004 . Scott was the SFS Commander at our location overseas. Scott has many amazing leadership skills that will make him a great program coordinator and multitask manager. In a very short period of time, Scott managed to close all the security gaps, befriended the Host Nation leadership and turned his location to a well secure area. From his strong analytical skills to his fairness in his leadership, he accomplished great tasks in the very short period of time of his assignment.

Scott is the peak of leadership and resiliency. I worked alongside Scott for 2 years, and In those years, he demonstrated remarkable guidance, tactical, operational and strategic vision. He always focused on the morale and welfare of his subordinates, over his, and offered honest and non-biased mentorship and feedback. the best leader I've had the privilege to work with.
