BBC Switch produces top quality drama, entertainment and factual programming for teens. My role involved successfully managing a busy post production department and accompanying studio. I ensured that the AV workflow and delivery system consistently performed to expectations in a live broadcast environment. I negotiated edit resources between three productions on very tight deadlines, demonstrating consistent resilience and flexibility in a high pressure broadcast environment. I project managed technical development and advised editors and producers on changes in technical environment with regard to production schedules. I successfully planned and managed a mobile post-production suite for Radio 1's Big Weekend. Feedback from producers and editor concluded that the finished TV programme could not otherwise have been delivered on time.
