Further design and development work involved integrating the Retailer Integration Platform, Anatwine. with JD Sports's existing cloud based platforms. JDSports's fast-paced and dynamic approach to rolling out new services, meant that a close working relationship with their stake holders and architects was essential at all times to ensure that delivery was on-time and to specification, often being called upon to provide technical guidance for key architectural decisions.

  Close Brothers' existing loan management and customer information system had become internally isolated so the company set about modernising the it with an improved CRM system at the front end built on an enterprise wide client database. Plus, implementing a simple document management system to enable a wide range or documents to be made available internally.IBM's IIB v10 was chosen as the integration platform with Informatica's MDM used to manage all client details across the business and SalesForce CRM to provide the front-end interface with which Close Brothers' users would generate new loans and query existing loans on the original loans system. IIB also provided interfaces to saving and retrieving documents on MicroSoft's SharePoint.

  At Game, IBM’s Integration Broker V7 forms the Enterprise Service Bus that provides the service interface between WebSphere Commerce Server, Game’s .NET based back-end systems and external suppliers using Web Service, SOAP over MQ and JSON. The second engagement at Game involved working on a major project to integrate the existing WebSphere Commerce Server with an external marketplace provider (Mirakl).
