Frank A. Kero

Brian and I worked together on a results-oriented customer outreach program with the expected outcome of quality lead generation focused on this quarter/this year revenue. We created a program that presented 4 seminars in 3 weeks targeting 3 cities. Brian's engaging presentation style enabled technical discussions to identify new business. He also was successful in refocusing longer term opportunities that were stalled in the sales process by leveraging his insight into the customer's pain points reflected in the value of the products he supported. The collective result was successful revenue generation within a calendar year. With proof-of-concept completed, the program received marketing support to scale event planning and increase Brian's impact including cross-selling of additional products. He is a team player, fearless in approach to new topics and assimilating new skills sets. In addition to his technical expertise, his upbeat and outgoing personality would be a great culture fit for any organization.
