I worked with Jason at Providence Healthcare Foundation for 3 years. I always found Jason to be a collaborative partner in strategy development of our fundraising vehicles (particularly Providence's Capital Campaign); willing to lend a hand; and quick to offer advice and guidance. Jason was well respected by our staff team in the Foundation and had good working relationships with Providence's senior management, board members and volunteers. He was very attentive to our donors and went above and beyond to meet their needs and expectations. Jason built a very solid foundation for Providence's first Campaign in over a decade and helped fundraise a significant portion of the funds in the first two years. He worked hard to build the Case for Support and communications materials, as well as the initial prospect lists. He also helped get the Campaign Cabinet up and running with senior volunteers. Jason is a valued teammate and an asset to a fundraising team!

Jason is an exceptional relationship manager with donors, volunteers, organizational leadership, peers and his staff. He provided freedom and approval to try new things which gave me greater work satisfaction and career growth potential. Jason always made me feel comfortable to express concerns and bring forward solutions, providing a collaborative and safe environment.
