Steve Eggerts and I worked together as Client/Account Manager business partners. Steve's approach to business has always been professional and in the best interest of his clients. I would recommend Steve as a Real Estate Agent.

Steve is my Principle Broker and I have to say that I couldn't ask for a better mentor and motivator. He brings a lot of positive energy to our office and is always available to provide excellent advice and honest feedback. I think the thing about Steve that always shines through is how much he really cares about the people that work for him. I highly recommend him.

I recently resigned as Managing Broker for Remax equity group and went back into full time sales. I found that my passion for managing wasn't nearly as strong as my passion to sell real estate. I have been a broker in the state of Oregon for the last 18 years and really love what I do. My experience is quite extensive, from managing an office of 30 or more agents for 7 years to closing over 40 million dollars of business in the last 10 years. I am honored to have received the Five Star Professional award the last two years and I hold a CRS designation that only 3% of the industry holds. Being a Certified Residential Specialist has really taught me the value of education and success. Life is good in Portland and I look forward to helping you fulfill a dream.

I spent 5 years building my Real Estate practice from 0 clients to over 100 active clients in 5 years. I received the 100% club award 4 years in a row, which was quite an honor for me. I built my business on hardwork, referrals and customer service. I love what I do and I can not imagine doing anything else. I really enjoy the whole house buying expierence and helping people to realize thier dream of homeownership.

I took this job after leaving the Real Estate industry in 2000, I thought this job would fill the void and I would have regular working hours. I found out quickly that head hunting was not for me and even though I really enjoyed the people I worked with, the job was not fulfilling. I learned a lot about people, how too cold call into businesses, how to interview prospective candidates and how to write a great resume.
