The insurance industry raises emotions in many, and customer service situations in my work were often challenging and workloads were high. This has had positive effects to my resistance to pressure. My work also included customer service by telephone in compensation cases in Finnish and English. While working as a Corporate Liability Claims, I was also involved in the workplace well-being team to develop a change in our working environment. I also had my own club activity where we tried different types of exercise weekly for well-being at work.
