Sharon was a member of my Engineering Services team during my time at Baicells. She had full responsibility for the creation and maintaining of all technical documentation and training materials, along with leading the development of our Training and Certification program from the ground up. Sharon is in a class of her own when it comes to the creation and preparation of technical documentation, training decks, and any other kind of internal or customer-facing materials. Her attention to detail, initiative, and ability to prioritize tasks to meet multiple urgent deadlines made her a valued member of my team. It was truly a privilege to have her as a member of my team, and I look forward to the opportunity to work with Sharon again in the future.

I worked for Sharon at Cisco in her role of senior manager for five years. I had also previously worked in the same group with her at another company. Sharon is one of the most intelligent and professional people I have worked with. She ensures that she is thoroughly knowledgeable about the business goals of any corporation she works for. She is very hard-working and dedicated to both her company and her team. She understands the strengths and weaknesses of her team members. She ensures that her employees are skilled and properly trained to do their jobs and then gives them the space to do it. I particularly value Sharon's qualities of being very protective and supportive of her employees. She recognizes the best qualities in each person and facilitates a team atmosphere, with a focus on continuous development. Sharon's business acumen combined with great people skills make her an excellent leader and an asset to any department.
