I had the pleasure of working with Paola for four years at JUUL as her Consumer Insights partner. As a stakeholder on many research projects, she was a valuable contributor because of her strategic mindset and focus on the consumer. As well, the marketing team recognized her increasing contribution through several promotions. At each level, she worked hard to prove that she was ready for the next. One thing I always appreciated about her marketing skill set was that she combined traditional big brand know-how from Diageo with the startup go-fast ability required in the tech industry.
