  This job mostly consists of customer service. Customer service in this job entails keeping the boat clean and comfortable for passengers, providing a calm and friendly demeanor, serving concessions face to face with customers, and making sure all rules of the boat are followed. I worked here starting in the summer between my senior year of high school and freshman year of college.
