Leadership role required expertise in the end to end lifecycle of a project – ideation, proposal, scoping, contracting, kick-off, solutioning, implementation, handoff, and client relationships. From solving the most complex technical challenges, to crafting strategic vision, to creating thought leadership and eminence in the marketplace, I have been a driving force in the great work this team has accomplished. In my five years at Slalom, I have completed or led over 90 engagements encompassing multiple disciplines in Data & Analytics, dozens of business functions, for organizations of any size. Technical platform focus has been on Tableau (Previously Desktop and Server Certified, and former Tableau Zen Master) and Alteryx (Designer and Server), successfully completing dozens of projects on both platforms. However, I focus most on platform agnostic solution methodologies, such as agile, requirements visualization, mockups, user stories, implementations, centers of excellence, and thought leadership.

His performance analysis is a vital piece of decision making information for the project manager. As part of his current project, Mr. Davis has received a world wide company ‘Global Pulse Award’ for 'Innovative Use of Technology' - one of eight awarded worldwide - for using Google Earth and Tableau Software to visualize the Georgia Navigator ITS system in Metro Atlanta. His tools are used at every level of his current project, from the Project Manager/Decision Maker to Staff and Field Technicians. Additionally, the visualizations and dashboards Mr. Davis has developed are being implemented in projects coast to coast, with his oversight throughout the implementation process. Mr. Davis leads a team of analysis working on projects all over the country and finds that leadership and teaching - living for the 'Ah-ha' or light bulb moment - is the most rewarding part of his work.
