David was my liason and prime contact to an institutional corporate client's real estate department for about 5 years. He was the cog that kept everything running smoothly, deftly navigating and coming up with creative solutions to any problems between management, staff, tenants, vendors and other complicated situations. As the agent representing the client in Court proceedings, David exhibited poise, eloquence, composure and common sense, even in a sometimes hostile litigation setting. Overall, David is highly intelligent and has excellent communication skills (oral and written); is a creative and capable problem solver; works well as part of a team; has excellent negotiation skills while eager to learn new skill ;is excellent at following up on tasks and delegating duties while also over seeing results and, perhaps, his best trait; he has very good interpersonal skills and is appreciated by his colleagues for his collegial manners.
