I worked under Bill for a year at Dell Software Group in 2013, it was my first job working for a Multinational and Bill was a huge help in integrating me to Dells Corporate structure. Bill was an enthusiastic and motivating manager who created a unique atmosphere within our team, the results our team produced consistently surpassed targets and were a great reflection of Bills hard work and constant dedication to his role. Bill has a very creative way of managing which brought the best out of each individual, Bill dedicated time to each team member and transferred skills on how to generate, develop and close business. Bill is a born leader and someone every one on our team looked to for advice on matters inside and outside of work, his natural intelligence, people skills and application to hard work make him a superb manager and colleague.
