  As a President, I'm currently managing a total of 51 boards, coming from Engineering and Science specialized majors who are highly interested in energy development, especially in Oil and Gas exploration and production. Here are some responsibilities of mine:- Actively guiding, leading, and supervising every program conducted under the name of SPE UGM SC. As of May 2022, there is an accumulation of 25 programs which has been successfully carried on.- Focusing on both members' and boards' development in terms of soft skills and hard skills. To improve their knowledge regarding the Oil and Gas industries, SPE UGM SC has conducted several courses and training which invite professional guests with an experienced background in the respected themes. Furthermore, we also arranged several character development-related courses to prepare students for their career preparations.Here are innovations throughout my stewardship include:- SPE Mapping, a program to accommodate boards' and members' needs, consists of competition interests, development virtues, and the list goes on.- Social Media Optimization, to raise awareness and build the organization's branding to wider audiences.   The Research and Education Division is responsible for improving boards' and members' competency, whether soft skills or hard skills. As the head of this division, I've accomplished:- Successfully conducted courses and training with the various topics and professional speakers. Each event is attended by average of 80-200 participants. Accumulation of 7 webinars has been done throughout the stewardship.- Organize a company visit to BP and Pertamina Hulu Mahakam on April 11th, which attended by around 100 participants.- Published a great number of articles and journals through the social media of SPE UGM SC. Accumulation of 200 students attends the event.- Becoming the moderator for the advocating forum, which is known as DMDE (Dialog Mahasiswa Dialog Elemen), and in charge of leading the whole discussion until come to the final solutions regarding the proposed problems.
