Steven's self-drive, passion, excellence, and critical thinking rounded by his collaborative skills were crucial to the successes that he enjoyed while at Busara, as was his well-thought input and recommendations in the projects that we worked on together.

Steven is a highly capable analyst, not only in performing high level statistical analyses, but also in understanding client data and complex contexts. In his final project at Busara, he was able to fully engage the client, conduct the analysis, review it with the client, and even develop the final presentation with minimal guidance, all under intense time constraints. We’re very sad to lose Steven, but excited that he is joining a fantastic organization like ICRISAT.
