I had the professional pleasure to work with Scott on Apple's flagship Business Team in Boston. I can vouch for both his character as well his professionalism as they quickly became apparent when my joining the team Scott is respected and valued by his peers, his management and perhaps, most importantly, by his customers. Scott has a winning combination of intelligence, business acumen as well as approachability. Having jointly worked with customers, I was able to see the unique way that he engages customers and helps them to meet goals and solve problems. I would also say that one of his other great strengths is the way in which he was able to mentor some of the more junior members of the Business Team. Scott would be a great addition to any organization that values an intelligent problem solver with the ability to grow customer accounts and to satisfy their needs in the most professional manner possible.
