  Introduced a work method for creating high-fidelity prototypes and introduced online strategy based on service design thinking within Aan Zee. As a result Aan Zee is leading in concept creation for all clients and involves them and end-users into the design process. It is adjusting the right responsibilities at the right top level position of the designing, and not just graphical and software development. Made online strategy and usability testing agile to match SCRUM. Worked for i.a. Sunny Cars, Pharos Reizen ANWB, Van der Valk, Energyworx, LUMC (ROMbabylon), WijzelfZorg, Decorette, Runnersworld, Nuon. I occasionally teach and speak in public i.a. Retail.
