  As a BSA, Anne-Marie was a key member of the EpicCare Ambulatory project team. Her role included engaging with clinical staff to solicit requirements for the electronic health record (EHR) system, document requirements, work with vendor to identify solutions to potential problem, design new processes, present SBARs to senior project leaders for decisions, and resolve system issues in collaboration with technical and clinical staff. She was also responsible for leading and supporting key change management activities.
