I have had the pleasure of working with Gerry as her Verizon client from FCA for 20+ years. Gerry has a number of strengths I would like to share, Telecom (Verizon) cloud manipulation, network reporting, VOIP, ECR platforms, RCA, UAT, IVR change requests, Disaster Recovery procedures and project management. She is the best in the industry!

I worked for many years with Gerry at MCI and BTNA. In all that time, I found her to be a reliable, intelligent and willing team member. Her attitude was exemplary and it was a pleasure to interact with her on a daily basis. I found that customers also reacted to this positivity and, as a result, less issues were escalated. I would also characterize her as pro-active. There is a sixth sense that comes with working closely with customers and projects for this amount of time and Gerry has that. I highly recommend Gerry.
