My initial employment role with Inchcape was to help develop the Volkswagen brand through additional sales via Autobytel, the Inchcape internet sales tool. Working from a small dealership in Bridgnorth we were able to create an additional 300+ sales per year through the site, creating finance, insurance and service opportunities as well providing quality part exchange vehicles for sale across the Inchcape group. My second role at Inchcape was in the Internal Auditing team. Here I learned how a dealership ran from Spares to Service to Sales.
