Project coordinator collaborating directly with the President of this 14-member development company focused on hospitality, residential and mixed-used projects in the Southwest United States. Team responsibilities included new project analysis, research and assessment of marketplace strategies, entitlements, pro-forma management, coordination of purchase agreements, LOI’s, and lease contracts for new developments, as well as development and execution of marketing, PR initiatives, and events. Projects included: Kierland Commons and The Plaza Lofts at Kierland Commons in Scottsdale, AZ and Main Street Commons in Gilbert, AZ. • Managed a $1M budget and coordinated the marketing, advertising, PR, events, and sales collateral for The Plaza Lofts at Kierland Commons, an 83-unit luxury residential loft project. • Attended entitlement meetings, assisted with a developer-city parking agreement, completed and filed the plot map application. • Managed the tenant lease proforma as Kierland Commons gained new tenants and leases renewed, and worked with our legal counsel to respond to LOI’s and solidify lease contracts. • Worked with the development team during the planning phase of Main Street Commons in Gilbert, AZ. Collaborated on analysis of the site plan, tenant mix, demographics and community considerations, along with the interplay between the project, the adjacent hospital facility, and community. • Worked with the entitlement team for Main Street Commons, collaborating on city requirements regarding an economic impact study, traffic studies, site connectivity to the adjacent freeway, height restrictions, required curb cuts, traffic flow, parking, design requirements, etc. During the project we collaborated with the city and the AZ Museum of Natural History to preserve the remains of a Wooley Mammoth discovered on the site.
