Launched Sprint's SIP Trunking and Toll Free product on schedule, within scope, under budget, exceeding the first year sales goal by 21%.Led multiple company, multiple organization system, operational requirement and test plan development sessions to provide clear product direction and technical understanding to ensure partner / vendor alignment with Sprint development process deliverables, time frame and to guide subsequent development efforts to take full advantage of applicable, existing and SIP-T architecture, enhancements and processes.Led the following Enhancement / Life cycle management projects (various budget sizes) post launch: - Automated identification and systematic correction of items that were unable to bill previously. 21 SIP Trunking customers; 3,156 trunks. Total quantified revenue $1.3M.- SIP Revenue Recovery - Application level billing fix provided recovery of 120,000 calls caused when a vendor made changes caused SIP-T and SIP-TF calls not to be delivered to Sprint for billing. Recovered revenues $91k and $95k. Project completed in less than 60 days.- Network Functionality - 100 REL to support call transfer (refer/redirect) and Enhanced Caller ID functionality (P-Charge), in addition to a vendor's Data Center move. Jointly managed development and cross functional testing efforts across 3 vendors, to ensure no service interruption of existing SIP Trunking customers. - Capacity Improvement - Migrated SIP Trunking customers from “10 GB” interface on Sprint’s network SBC to “1 GB” interface on SBC which released HSRP and stranded bandwidth capacity on the “10 GB” interface for Vapor customers. Lead and managed several projects of various sizes and budgets resulting in expense reduction of $5M from the bottom-line. - Decommissioned systems and applications associated with low-margin and/or low revenue products. Reduced operating costs by $3.5 million, Simplified Voice product portfolio. Eliminated $3.7 million in annual expenses.- Decommissioned IDT and AMOS systems and multiple applications allowing for the decommission of Toll Free plus PIN product resulting in $3.5M in cost savings. - Compliance / Sprint security standards requirement - CCT application conversion from VPN split-tunneling access to the VARA platform. 100% converted to the new access, within budget.- DNR re-design. Delivered significant, technically complex and multiple-phased project supporting large, corporate call center customers’ need for dynamic call routing, through creative, concurrent implementation approach in less than 10 months. This upgrade was needed to ensure Sprint would continue to support the $284M of Toll Free revenue which required DNR platform support and included licensing changes, multiple hardware replacements, software upgrades and updates, Network, Care and Billing infrastructure and application changes. - CTX Decommissioning / DMS Port Reclamation Project provided additional Network DMS capacity available to fill with “good”revenue.
