• Served on Executive Staff Team at Vineyard Amsterdam, the Netherlands (vineyardamsterdam.nl). Assisted in shaping vision and values for a bilingual 200-person church, as well as shared responsibility for leading a multicultural staff team. Directly managed and supported six people, including coaching them in recruiting and development of teams of volunteers, equaling over 60 people.• Provided regular teaching at a weekly 160-adult Sunday service, as well as training outlets with 10 to 100 people in attendance. • Coordinated and oversaw all ministries focused on city engagement, such as the Alpha Courses (seven courses averaging 15 people in attendance), six spirituality retreats, outreach to creative seculars, and mercy ministries (including the 2015-2016 community-wide response to increased refugee entry into EU). • Acquired over 100 donor units. • Facilitated four Muslim-Christian dialogue events in collaboration with three Muslim communities. • Taught on interreligious dialogue and cross-cultural interaction for various audiences in Europe and Ohio. • Researched Muslim-Christian dialogue in Amsterdam through the broader European dialogue framework, which culminated in a Master's thesis.

• Created liturgical and creative content for aspects of a weekly service for 800 people. Interpreted and curated liturgical content for a community less familiar with the liturgy. • Coordinated a team of over 30 volunteers to develop, plan, and execute special services, including but not limited to Christmas Eve, Ash Wednesday, and Good Friday. Over 1000 people in attendance at each event. • Directed a team of nine volunteers in imagining and executing an art auction one evening that raised over $6000 for Hear the Cry, a local non-profit that fought poverty in Africa. Gained buy-in from local business sponsors and all art was donated by local artists. • Trained young leaders through teaching/leading a weekly group of 25 people for four years. Show less
