Kristen and I worked together for over a decade, most recently on the half dozen film festival websites that we launched each year for Palace Cinemas. Her responsibility was to wrangle the various team members and content together so that we could build the website, at which point she would take over managing the content with updates and additions throughout the festival. This was not a simple task, with dozens of moving parts for each festival, constant changes, and really needing to stay on the ball at all times. She did this flawlessly, not even breaking a sweat while ensuring we met the deadlines, and were provided with all the components we needed. Kristen's can-do attitude, never afraid to learn a new skill, or take on a new challenge, alongside her years of art, design, and content management would make her a valuable team member for any team. I can highly recommend her for any opportunity she wants to take on.

I worked directly with Kristen Fitzgerald for over 12 years at Palace Cinemas through her roles in the art department and in film festivals. Her work ethic, attention to detail and positive attitude proved invaluable when working together. She willingly jumped in on any project work when needed and never shied away from a challenge, often providing critical thinking and solutions that made for smooth campaign rollouts and implemented previous learnings for future campaigns. Her time management skills, having to balance multiple media bookings weekly along with sticking to deadline critical work was excellent and her vast knowledge of the Australian cinema industry proved extremely valuable when dealing with multiple stakeholders and 3rd parties. It was a pleasure to work with Kristen.
