Friends of the Earth (FoE) Australia is a federation of independent local groups working to challenge the current model of economic and corporate neoliberal globalisation, and promote solutions that will help to create environmentally sustainable and socially just societies. Friends of the Earth Australia is a member of Friends of the Earth International which is the world's largest grassroots environmental network, uniting 77 national member groups and some 5,000 local activist groups on every continent. • Manage our supporter database and provide database management, training and support for others on the team, this includes developing a tracking system to facilitate growth. • Oversee and maintain our other databases and functionality of various digital channels/assets eg. our websites, our campaign's digital infrastructure, our data flow and comms. • Perform regular data checks to monitor data quality and ensure the accuracy of the data. • Monitoring and ensuring internal and external data policy and procedural compliance. • Extract, report and present data in various accessible formats. • Regularly reflect on data reporting and sharing processes to ensure ongoing quality improvement. • Deliver targeted internal training and workshops to staff and volunteers in digital capacity and engagement when required. • Support team members with technical assistance, including HTML, graphic design, database report generation, and data analysis.
