While serving as Assistant Head of Baseball Operations at Ho Chunk Southland Baseball Complex daily/weekly activities include but not limited to being in charge of scheduling tournament games, week day games, collecting team payments, scheduling staff, assigning and paying umpire fees, bank runs, ordering baseballs along with everyday supplies. On a weekly basis we host upwards of 40-60 baseball teams combined between our weekday elite league and our weekend baseball tournaments.   While in my first year as a full time student at Southern Illinois University Carbondale, I joined the Saluki football equipment staff. As a member of the equipment staff my responsibilities included but not limited to laundry, field prep, equipment checks, and to make sure daily that the team had what they needed no matter if it was out on the game field or just simply in the locker room. As a member of the equipment staff we were also in charge of loading the trucks/plane for away games and also unloading the trucks/plane when we arrived at the opposing teams facilities. We also served during the offseason as the main source of equipment needs for all other athletic teams the school had to offer such as Softball, Baseball, Men's Basketball, Women's Basketball, while also continuing to serve the football team in the offseason.   While being employed at Blain's Farm and Fleet I further sharpened my skills of being able to communicate with customers and further more providing outstanding customer service. While I helped the store by providing a great atmosphere for the customers that entered the store daily, I also took part in other tasks such as stocking products on shelves and working along side fellow coworkers as a team to complete tasks and do my part in bettering the final results. Though making sure the shelves were stocked and prepared for customers, I believe the biggest and most important part of my job was to ensure that the customers had received a preeminent experience and would not hesitate to revisit our establishment. No matter what business field you are in, customer service is the utmost important for a business to succeed.
