Colin Greene - SPOC
As a manager, Robbie is the epitome of tough, but fair. She has exacting standards and expects (rightfully) professionalism, dedication, and hard work from her Product Managers. She is also keenly aware of the often-chaotic nature of software development and understands the limits of what we can and cannot control. In my career, I've known many people who have said it was alright to bring up problems, only to then turn around and use the one who raised the red flag as a scapegoat - but this isn't Robbie. She has a genuine interest in understanding the reality of a project, and has always been extremely helpful in addressing issues from a leadership role. Under Robbie, I feel confident in being able to step forward to let leadership know when something is going wrong, because I will get help to address it and move the project forward, and that's how it should be.
Ohad Jehassi
Robbie joined Lavu during a period of rapid growth at the company. She had a great mixture of fresh ideas, technical understanding, and business acumen that made her a great asset when it came time to rethink our product. More broadly, she was thoughtful about our customers’ experience with the product and the organization that builds it. I'm excited to see where she deploys her talents next.
