Had a chance to work with Palle on transition of highly complex distributed system that was network and hardware heavy. Palle handles most difficult situations with the ease, calm, focus and maturity. One of the core competency that is highly impressive is presentation of the most complex architecture problems in a most simple way that makes not only the technical engineers to understand and solve them but also give easy picture to understand to the higher management as well. Not only are the hands on technical capabilities superb but has a vision and foresightedness about the challenges that a product can encounter and with easy to implement and simple solutions for them. To provide solutions that are always under control and has very less dependency on third parties is a trait I admire most in him. -Vijay

I have had the pleasure to work with Palle on several occasions. In my experience Palle is a unique software developer with unparalleled vision and determination. He speaks his mind no matter if you are a member of the cleaning staff or the managing director. He is the guy who makes it happen when it can not be done - the Mr. Wolf of software development.
