Mental Health Therapist

Provide mental health support to those experiencing emotional distress, such as high anxiety and/or depression. Areas of expertise include working with youth/young adults and LGBTQ+ identified individuals. Other responsibilities include co-facilitation of the Mind Body Medicine course. Mind Body Medicine takes place in a group setting and educates group members on the correlation between physical symptoms and cognitive distortions. The course also includes practices and education on the topics of mindfulness, yoga, and nutrition.
