Carmel substantially grew the turnover on her region and was one of the top sales people in her team (10 people) and the country (50 people). Carmel was also selected to pioneer a major new sales initiative for P&H which included presenting her findings to the entire P&H sales operation (over 200 people) at 2 sales conferences.
