  My current role focuses on running a residential Architect's practice where we provide a bespoke service tailor made to each client. We base our service on the RIBA Work Stages, and have developed a strong process that makes sure we deliver a consistent and dependable product to all of our clients. If you've got a tight deadline, we'll factor in your needs to make it happen. We provide initial feasibility studies, pre-application submissions, planning applications, building regulations submissions, tender information, contract administration and on site advice to deliver small bespoke extensions, large student accommodation and everything in between.

  Continuing my experience as an architectural graduate, I lead two key projects for the office - a bespoke one off house in a conservation area, as well as a 127 bed hotel situated in the centre of Lincoln. Both projects had different procurement methods and contracts, which gave me a good variety of experience to take with me.
