Abe is a pleasure to work with and has amazing talent. He can transform data and processes into improvements across the board (data quality, cost savings, improvements, etc.). He is exceptionally skilled at learning new processes and producing major improvements, of various complexities. One of the things I like most about Abe is how creative and innovative he is with developing macros, databases, and processes. Even meaningless processes, are often times fun for the person who uses his programs and scripts. Working with him at HP, I have witnessed some huge improvements he has made with the company; including a project where he was able to script (automate) data entry into SAP and save a significant amount of time (in terms of headcount/time spent to otherwise complete the process manually). He has created numerous scripts and Excel macros that continue to provide high levels of quality assurance, accurate billing and forecasts, identify processes that are performing well (or not so well). Abe is funny and without a doubt, one of the best people I have ever worked with in my years of working at HP. Undoubtedly, a person any employer would be very fortunate to have.
