Educate, encourage, and assist students in making healthy lifestyle choices (including 21st Birthday Project); serve as an information and resource referral; and create awareness of health and well-being issues for individuals at Kansas State University. To visit with a WellCAT Coach, K-State students may make an appointment, visit during walk-in hours, or be referred by their provider/advisor. Appointment/session times will vary between 15-60 minutes.WellCAT Coaches work out of the Health Promotion Department at Lafene Health Center.
