Bring attention to any potential issues with vendors meeting installation dates. • Update/Data Entry, Order Status, and Submittal reports weekly. • Monitor submittal process and respective dates. Bring attention to any potential issues. • Work proactively with vendors and logistic/freight companies to coordinate shipment of orders. • Coordinate, track and enter shipping notifications and dates. Ensure PO’s are accessible to all that need viewing. • Reconcile inventory reports from the warehouse. • Request flame certs, warranty information and cleaning instructions.
