I got the chance to work with Arun in one of the data engineering project, where we implemented a custom data lake solution using AWS native services. Clear communication and strong articulation skills are the traits which comes to my mind when I think about Arun. His expertise and experience in data -analytics projects plays an important role in the team. Being meticulous and to the point is something which I learned from Arun. I have worked with Arunsankar for a period of nine months on a project. From the start, Arun has been great in communicating with, and bridging the gap between the team and the client. In his role as a SCRUM Master, he made sure the rest of the team was clear on everything that needed to be done, and all the important sessions were well prepared and well led. Especially after Arun left the project, we noticed how well organized everything was when he was doing this. Both on and off the workfloor, Arun is a great personality to be around. For me as a junior, it was very helpful for me to talk to him, and have proper discussions on his past experiences, which really helped me in my personal development as well.
