I count myself fortunate to have worked with Camila at Practifi. She was the designer for an entirely new product. Camila has a wealth of knowledge not only of design, but also in front-end development. Her deep understanding and experience in both web and app development, makes her an expert in the technical limitations and opportunities provided by some of the technologies. Working with Camila was not only a pleasure but also a truly inspiring experience.

Camila's story with Practifi began as a minor miracle, approaching us via email completely out of the blue, with a skill set that promised to fix the exact problem we were grappling with at that time: how to apply a layer of CSS overrides to Salesforce's user experience, so that it would more strongly evoke our brand identity. Camila took on this challenge - massive in scope and uncharted territory for the most part - with real enthusiasm, and it wasn't long before we started to see her eye for design and commitment to the cause start to shine through. In her short stay at Practifi, she crafted a visual style that was uniquely ours and applied it holistically across the product, creating a cohesive, compelling experience that's been very well received by our internal stakeholders, prospects and clients. She did this while working in a fast-paced environment with features and requirements constantly changing, and also while working through the sudden and difficult circumstances of life under lockdown. Despite all of this she never once shied away from the task at hand, or radiated anything other that optimism or a determination to solve the problem, and conducted herself forthrightly and honestly within the team to the point where I truly feel she brought her authentic self to work. Working with Camila was, in short, genuinely wonderful, and I hope the opportunity presents itself again in the future.

Practifi is the business management platform powering growing financial advice firms around the world. There, I found a way to put all of my knowledge to use as a UI Designer/Developer, building and implementing a design system that modifies the Lightning design System to adapt it to the Practifi’s brand, whilst maintaining the full power of Salesforce’s functionality and features. - Frontend Developer - UI Designer Practifi is the business management platform powering growing financial advice firms around the world.
