In Department of Human Capital, my main job focuses on Learning and Development area. Planning, Designing, Monitoring, and Evaluating Training or Development Program for one year ahead. Training held by our company is not just from external vendor/resources, but also using our internal resources or we usually called Internal Sharing Session. Beside learning and development area, I also forced to be Human Capital Generalist. I learned other human capital business process, like Talent Management, Recruitment, and Organizational Development. I experienced developing Hard Competency Dictionary for my company. That hard competency is used as a guideline for Evaluation of Competency Program.I also contributed on creating Coaching, Mentoring and Counseling Program (CMC). I experienced designing the program together with our team, doing socialization to the Coach/Coachee, mentoring the program. When running CMC program, I was forced to learn Soft Competency as well.
