It's safe to say that no two days are the same! As a commercial lender I finance small to medium sized businesses in Eastern Iowa. Taking a deep dive into understanding a clients operations, cash cycle, competition, background, products and services, and history allows me provide better service and it's a part of the banking relationship I thoroughly enjoy. I offer clients: convenience, competitive terms and rates; and commitment to great follow-up service. My goal is not only to bank your business but also be your lender of choice when it comes to your personal and family's financial needs. I look for customers who desire a long term banking relationship. Other roles include: - Member of the Asset/Liability Committee (ALCO) which manages the Bank's liquidity, evaluates Balance Sheet risk and reviews funding needs/sources. - Marketing Officer, coordinating community events sponsored by FTSB, financial literacy at schools, social media posts and updates, implementing and evaluating various proposals made by vendors. - Assist in the creation of our weekly Huddle agenda with Frontline Staff. - Loan Committee Member - twice weekly meeting to discuss and review various credits.
