My responsibilities include: - Developing and implementing a comprehensive communications plan to change attitudes towards mental health and improve services and supports for youth and their families. - Forging relationships with key stakeholders—including youth, caregivers, clinicians, advocates, administrators, and legislators—to build bridges between policy makers and mental health consumers to ensure services reflect the real needs of youth and families. - Organizing fundraising events, executing email and direct mail appeals, and writing grants to raise integral funding. - Training and supervising up to four employees including administrative, communications, development staff and interns.
