I was very impressed with Nick from the moment I met him in his interview. Not only did he come in with a deep knowledge of both technical and customer support from his past experiences, he had that persona that you would want your clients connecting with on the other end of the phone. During my time as his manager, he continued to impress me from hitting the ground running on day 1 of training, to wanting to take on more and more responsibilities to deepen his knowledge and skills to be the best representative possible for GoSite. He was able to handle tough calls with escalated clients to find resolutions and re-engaged clients with our software to help with client retention. Because of his work ethic and ability to learn so quickly, he handled client requests with ease and was extremely independant. I know that he will be successful in any opportunity he has in his future.
