David is one of those unique minds you encounter that makes you proud of what humans are capable of. When first chatting with David when he was considering Charles River Analytics, I knew immediately that he would thrive in our environment and Charles River would become a better place as a result. David has an insatiable curiosity that he's able to direct to tackle incredibly challenging problems with ingenuity and fervor. As a member of my division, David would work on multiple projects, make direct impacts, and appeared to only gain momentum in the process. Not only are David's insights and accomplishments in the probabilistic AI/ML space impressive (as a technical contributor, a principal investigator, and business developer), but David is always seeking to learn and better himself. He proactively inquires, seeks feedback, and takes that input to turn perceived insurmountable obstacles into exposed mirages. These are qualities that showcase his talent as well as his wonderful nature as team collaborator. I've always enjoyed my conversations with David and supporting him to ensure he thrives in the creative environment that Charles River can be. I'm beyond honored that David's career is one I've been a part of and I'll certainly have my eyes on David to see how his career progresses.
