      As a Production Support Specialist, I helped manage the flow of Home Equity applications in a supporting role. My role required the detailed and accurate review of Titles and Appraisals in order to determine ownership and show the property was valuable collateral. My main areas of responsibility were monitoring and reviewing documentation requirements for appraisals and title reports as well as following up on missing or late vendor items. Additionally I supported other agents in finding pertinent information to a file or reordering vendor documents for them. I also began to train other new employees as my manager saw my abilities grow.
