Reporting to the VP of Brand & Campaigns, my remit spans across brand strategy, campaigns and management of our brand assets (long-form original content and ambassadors).Achievements to date:- Led the creation of our global brand positioning. I briefed in a 10,000+ fan insight project, led cross-functional workshops and created the final output for each brand pillar. I embedded the positioning into the organisation by socialising the output with all VPs, creating a physical and digital brand book for all employees and delivering in-depth briefings for our partners.- Developed our global creative vehicle with our creative agency partners. This standardised our creative route across all markets, driving efficiency in our creative development and ensuring all output was on-brand. - Led the campaign planning and execution for Spain & Brazil market launches. I defined the campaign objectives and messaging and then managed asset creation (offline and online) from briefing to supply with our creative agency. In Spain, we reached 44% brand awareness within 3 months of launch, +9% vs. target. - Led the campaign planning and execution for the release of DAZN’s first Originals series called The Making Of (TMO). I defined the objectives, channel strategy and briefed in the creation of the content itself and the promotional assets. Two million episodes were viewed globally, with 14% of our active base viewing at least one episode (+4% vs target).- Wrote the strategy for the creation of Original content going forward – what it should be doing for the business, how we promote it and the metrics it needs to hit to be considered successful. Part of the Google Hardware team, I was responsible for the messaging and positioning of the Google Nest smart home security and safety products (cameras, doorbells, smoke alarms). Achievements - Launched Nest Hello video doorbell into all European markets. I business cased the size of the opportunity, identified our target market, defined the messaging hierarchy and pitched the product into our key retail partners across EMEA. - Launched Nest Protect into DACH, the Nordics, Spain & Italy. I sized the opportunity, ensured stakeholder buy-in and sign-off, researched market and customer dynamics in the region and designed the launch messaging and positioning accordingly. - Launched Nest Protect 3-packs into the UK, DACH and Benelux. I owned this initiative from opportunity identification to business case creation and sign off and ultimately channel execution. - On-going representation of Nest at trade shows such as CES and IFA. Pitched the Nest portfolio to execs of retail partners to either a) ensure our products were ranged or b) secure marketing funding/placements. Show less

The customer innovation team was responsible for creating and launching propositions that opened new revenue streams for the O2 business. Working into the Head of Customer Innovation, I worked primarily on the design and execution of the O2 Home proposition. Achievements- Launched the O2 Home proposition in September 2016, the first UK Telco smart home offering. I defined the product offering, pricing strategy, messaging, naming/brand identity and asset creation. - Led a cross-functional team of product, finance, marketing, sales and channel leads to deliver the proposition to market as designed.- I sat on the O2 Home Leadership Team representing marketing and proposition to ensure the customer voice was heard in all wider business decision making.- I led the O2 Home field trials. I organised three phases of product trialing with 180 staff that helped us test the product in field and garner valuable early feedback. This insight informed the final proposition design.- Prior to O2 Home, I was part of a six-person team that delivered the three-year marketing strategy to the O2 board. This work set the brand positioning for O2 and the propositions that would act as proof-points to this positioning. I was responsible for developing these propositions, illustrating to the board how we could bring our strategy and positioning to life for customers. - I was placed on a talent acceleration programme for high potential employees and given top performance rating marks for two consecutive years. Working for the Head of Brand Strategy, my remit was to support in the development of the brand and marketing strategy for O2 in the UK and drive the business to align behind and deliver this strategy. Achievements:- Build brand strategy recommendations for the O2 Think Big and O2 Guru sub-brands. The Think Big recommendations would later be actioned and executed to help customer understanding of the service they provided. - Launched our first staff 4G tariff for the marketing directorate (c. 350 people). It directly addressed staff feedback of not having access to our latest technology. A company-first, this process has since been replicated across other directorates. - I began the three year marketing plan work (referred to in Propositions Manager role) in this role. Once underway, I was promoted to a Proposition Manager role in the newly formed Customer Innovation team. Show less
