Everything which Housekeeping Head of Department must do. My first task in Park Inn was to choose the right people to work with. After rebranding the exist hotel to be the 100th Park Inn hotel for rezidor. In this time we dosnt have any sistem- no Fidelio, no opera :). Later on everything was configure and I had to think what kind of reports will be most helpful for work, what to be in.... Now .... Currently supervise the daily activities of the housekeeping staff, conducting daily and random Inspections of the guest rooms and other housekeeping areas Handle ''Lost and Found'' procedures Checking the arrival list, conference guest list and VIP list on daily basis Coordinating availability of rooms with Front Office Manager Providing quality guest services and amenities according to corporate standards Strictly keep the procedures and able to control amenities and monthly costs.
