I lead a small but very inspired and motivated creative team as part of the marketing department in the company. We are engaged with every aspect of the creative process from package and label design to all advertising materials, tv commercials, marketing campaigns and digital marketing campaigns. Some of my main activities include leading creative brainstormings and working together with the Marketing Manager and the Brands Managers to create product, project and campaign communication strategies, visual concepts and occasionally ad hoc creative solutions, which me and my team bring to life afterwards. As Head of Creative I participate in the creative process and I'm responsible for the creative feedback when we work with external agencies. I'm responsible to develop and communicate the company identity as it its visualised by its Owner, CEO and Marketing Manager. I council, train and support designers and digital marketing specialists in my team. Some of my daily tasks include: - manage, organise and prioritise the workflow of my team - develop design concepts and visual communication strategies for different cosmetics products and brands - work on impactful and visually engaging package designs, key visuals, advertising materials, POS materials, animations, different formats for Social media marketing, Google display campaigns and E-mail marketing, CSR marketing, branding and SWAG - prepare company communication materials and stand design for international cosmetics fairs and exhibitions Show less

Among the main activities of the NGO were social activities and implementation of projects under European Union programs. My personal contribution was in the area of managing the current activities of the organisation and the preparation of new project proposals. I supported the implementation of on-going projects, as well. I worked to develop the association's public image. And in addition I provided training and assistance for the beneficiaries within the projects implemented by the association. I also designed all the public communication materials for the organisation. Thanks to the years spent in the Organisation I'm happy to have behind my back a useful and life determining experience in supporting disadvantaged people within European programs and projects, participating in training seminars as a trainee and as a trainer, as well, working with high professionals in the NGO community and with representatives of the state administration.
