GreenWin is the Walloon regional cluster grouping all stakeholders (corporations, SMEs, universities, research centres, training centres, etc.) who collaborate on cleantech innovation. I helped define the cluster's strategy, coached preparation of a dozen of collaborative innovation projects, obtained seed funding from public and private partners, developed a catalog of training programs, developed international partnerships with other cleantech clusters abroad, and led preparation of a large European collaboration project on CO2 recycling technologies.
